Deposit and Reservation

To secure your event date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your event. Please note that this deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to receive a credit for the full amount of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original date. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new suitable date for your event.
